Oliver Daniels Succumbs
     
Oliver Daniels, a resident of Millwood the last 40 years, died today at the age of 80.
     
A native of West Virginia, he was a former employee of the Union Iron Works and of the Inland Empire Paper company.
     
He was a member of two unions - local 218 of the Pulp and Sulfide Workers and Ironworkers' local 43.
     
In addition to his wife, Emma, at the home, E9016 Frederick, he is survived here by four daughters and a son - Mrs. Bessie Nance, Mrs. Myrtle Brown, Mrs. Marjorie Kelly and Mrs. Gladys Farano and F.W. Daniels.
     
Another daughter in Alaska, two brothers and a sister, 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren also are among his other survivors.
     
Funeral services are set for Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in Hazen & Jaeger's in the Valley.
